Simple pricing, priced per location.

One price, every feature. Funeral homes run on part-time and on-call staff, so we don't price it by the login.

$250/ location / month

Everything included. Unlimited users.

We're currently onboarding a small number of independent firms.

What's included

The case, end to end

Intake through billing lives in one record — case management, arrangements, decedent records, the run sheet, and scheduling, all in the same place.

Documents and compliance

Your general price list and goods catalog drive every document. Forms generate filled in, not blank, and FTC Funeral Rule disclosures are built into the case.

The family portal

Families see the arrangement, the documents, and what's been signed — without calling the office for an update.

Books that reconcile

QuickBooks sync turns a signed arrangement into a customer and an invoice, without re-keying anything.

Removes keystrokes, not judgment

Obituary drafting

Drafts an obituary straight from the case record. A director edits and approves it before it goes anywhere.

A command bar, not a menu tree

Type a plain instruction — move a service, add a payment — instead of hunting through screens to find where that action lives.

Nothing reaches a family without a director reviewing it first.

Questions worth asking before you switch

How is this different from what I'm using now?

Procession OS is hosted and works in any browser — no installed software, no single machine it has to run on. The case, the price list, the run sheet, and billing live in one record instead of a desktop program, a spreadsheet, and paper on the side. Update something once and it's correct everywhere it shows up.

What happens to the records in my current system?

Today, migration covers two things: your price list and catalog, and your case records. Upload a PDF, spreadsheet, or CSV export from your old system, and it's extracted and mapped for your team to review and approve, row by row, before anything is imported. It doesn't yet pull in documents, financial history, or old schedules — for those, we go through what you have by hand, with you. For a single location, the whole process usually takes about a week.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There's no multi-year contract required to get started — terms are month-to-month unless you'd prefer otherwise. Ask us directly and we'll tell you plainly.

Where does my data live, and can I get it out?

This is hosted, not something you install — the application and database run on U.S. infrastructure. Your data is yours. There's no self-serve export yet, so today you ask and we pull a copy for you — that's because the team is small, not because we're making it hard to leave.
